Return Policy

What if the parts I purchase from fitinpart.sg turns out the item doesn’t fit?

 

If you purchase a wrong part you can return the part for credit, exchange or refund. If you return a part within 30 days and without any damage or without any missing components, then you will be eligible for a credit, exchange or refund on your return. The choice is yours!

Refund will be made accordingly purchased invoice in the same currency, exchange gain or loss may be expected if your PayPal account or credit card in other then our invoice currency.

30 Days no questions asked return policy.

If you purchase a wrong part or for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the part for a refund. As long as you return a part within 30 days of delivery of your order and without any damage or without any missing components, then you will be eligible for the refund on your return.  

Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

Refund will be made accordingly purchased invoice in the same currency, exchange gain or loss may be expected if your PayPal account or credit card in other then our invoice currency.

The following rules apply:

1. Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
2. Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
3. All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA form.

After we receive your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, PayPal, Cash or Check).
The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges (Original + Return Charges). In a case where shipping charges are higher than cargo value, fitinparts 
reserves the right to choose to dispose of the cargo at destination. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account. To return a product you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product.
